Mudra's we will discuss today are
Aakash (Sky) Mudra
Shoonya (Zero) Mudra
Aakash Mudra
Position: Tip of middle finger and tip of thumb join together, press gently, keep other finger Straight.
While performing this mudra one has to sit. Keep your both hands on your knees and palms should face upwards towards the sky.
Time: Sit in this position for 5 to 10 minutes.
Benefits:
Excitement and energy levels will go up.
Strengthens bones.
Tooth ache will reduce.
In heart related diseases it is very beneficial.
Pain in the ear will reduce.
Annoyance will reduce.
Shoonya Mudra
Position: touch your mid fingertip on the Mount of Venus (Mount of Venus. : a mount constituted by the large development of the hand at the base of the thumb) & apply some pressure in the centre of the mid finger with your thumb (As shown in photograph).
Time: Daily 40 to 60 minutes practice of shunya mudra until one gets cured from the disease.
Benefits:
lt helps minimise dullness in the body.
It is a beneficiary for the deaf.
Also useful for mentally challenged (but not for inborn ones).
It is observed that it reduces earache in 4 or 5 minutes.
